When I was in high school, I worked at Starbucks. Up until my employment there, I had not been much for coffee. The ambiance-loving, stoked-about-life teenager that I was fared well in that coffee house environment. AND, that's where my love (friends call it "obsession" or "addiction") for coffee began.
Between creating fun drinks like caramel macchiatos, wiping counters, and refilling the Splenda containers, I had a wonderful opportunity to observe people's behaviors.
