To help us keep the right perspective, Elizabeth George has recorded a new radio special titled, "A Holiday Survival Kit . . . for A Woman After God's Own Heart. In this half-hour program, Elizabeth provides us with a plan for managing holiday stress.
In this post, I thought I would give you the first part of her 10 steps from her "holiday survival kit" - tips that we should be doing all the time, but good reminders for when life gets crazy.

#1 - Be in prayer (Psalm 5:3; Matt. 7:11)
#2 - Stay in God's Word (2 Tim. 3:16-17)
#3 - Keep in shape (1 Cor. 6:19; 1 Cor. 15:58)
