Is Your Marriage "LifeReady"?

Fifteen years ago when my husband and I said "I do," our marriage wasn't even close to being "life ready."  We were ill-equipped to handle the challenges that lie ahead of us.  Fortunately, though, several years and resources later (and a conference or two) we've learned the biblical principles for keeping our marriage strong, especially in the face of "life" stuff.

This month on "FamilyLife Today," listeners find out how they can develop a marriage that is "LifeReady" when Dennis Rainey and guests, Robert Lewis with Tim and Lea Lundy, share these key points with couples ...

  • A Vision for Marriage
  • Achieving Marriage Oneness
  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Marital Conflict

Coinsiding with the week-long series is the release of FamilyLife's LifeReady Marriage Oneness -- a lay-led video series that equips couples to grow in true intimacy, connection, and purpose.  This resource is ideal for the church in helping launch lay people into proactive marriage (and family) training.

Another valuable tool from FamilyLife is The Art of Marriage.  This new video-based one-and-a-half day marriage event is built on the same biblical content as that of the Weekend to Remember® getaway.  For details about both of these cool tools, check out the ministry's website

In the meantime, thank you for your part in helping FamilyLife remain dedicated to effectively developing godly marriages and families ... one home at a time.
