Family Talk 2011

A new year is well underway ... and the work at "Family Talk" continues!

First--I hope you've been listening throughout the week as Dr. Dobson and team are sharing their passion for the sanctity of life on each day's broadcast.  (By the way, we hope you've utilized the special resources prepared for this -- promos for the week of programming at our FTP site, and great resources at the www.myfamilytalk.com site as well!)

Then--as you may have read, we're so pleased that a new :90 edition of Dr. Dobson's family wisdom begins distribution on Monday, February 7.  We hope you'll consider adding this smaller "bite" of timeless insights by Dr. Dobson.  And, just as a reminder, this will be the conduit for his timely commentary in short form when current events evoke statement.  We know it will be a powerful tool for helping listeners, and educating them on family concerns.

Finally--we are thrilled to share with you that Dr. Dobson, Ryan Dobson and LuAnne Crane will be at NRB '11 in Nashville.  Please join us for a personal "meet and greet" session on Monday at 2:00PM.  Because space is limited, your RSVP will be appreciated!

These are days overflowing with opportunity ... and Dr. Dobson's voice on behalf of Christian values for today's family has never been more important to be heard.  To be candid, we suspect that doesn't make the forces of evil happy.  There have been some rather extraordinary challenges facing the ministry team recently.  In fact, let me encourage you to visit http://thesimplewife.typepad.com/ and ask you to pray for the family of one of FT's staff members--Joanne Heim--who, at age 38, suffered a major stroke on January 11 and continues in a coma as we write.

And, let me thank you, once again for your faithful partnership -- it's a privilege to join together in undergirding families for His Kingdom.
