Music – we all love it, I just don’t know any one who loves it all. Let me say it this way instead, I’ve never met someone who has said “I hate music”…but I have encountered many who have said “I hate ____ music.” You fill in the blank – Rap, Country, Rock, Blues, Classical, Pop. I myself have eclectic taste…my ipod has a bit of everything on it. However, there are certain artists who when I listen to them, I feel a bit closer to God.
One of those artists is Fernando Ortega…and I’m really excited to be listening to his brand new album right now. Charles Morris is recording an interview with him even as we speak (or I guess I should say “even as I write”). The first week of August, HAVEN today will be featuring new music from Fernando’s new album, along with uplifting and encouraging teaching from Charles…it’s my prayer that God will use both to draw you closer to Him.
