Over the years I've come to realize that most of the world is cynical about Christianity. In fact, I experience some of that cynicism even in my own small circle of friends and family. In truth, sometimes I feel like an outsider.
But as a follower of Jesus Christ, during those moments when I feel like a foreigner in a strange land, I know it's then that God can use me to share the gospel. But He can't do that if my actions or words are unbecoming or lacking respect for relationships and authority.

This month on "Grace to You®," John MacArthur addresses this subject, providing biblical instruction on how we can bring a Christian influence to the world we live in, in spite of the cynics. Don't miss learning how to continue Singing the Lord's Song in a Strange Land September 12-23.
In just a few hours, I'll be making my way across the country to attend the Truth Matters Conference at Grace Community Church, where John pastors. Over 2,500 folks will attend this first-ever Bible conference, many of whom are long time supporters of the Grace to You®. The "free" conference is now sold out but the ministry is making it available to everyone online later this week.
To keep up with all that is happening at Grace to You®, be sure to visit their newly updated website at GTY.org.
Blessings to you!
