If you haven't already heard about Azra Karaduman, let me introduce you to this special young lady. Although she is only-2-weeks old, the internet and news channels can't seem to get enough of her! It was not what she did, however, but her survival that has attracted all the attention.
48-hours after her parent's apartment building was destroyed by a 7.2 magnitude earthquake, Azra's survival was unlikely - especially due to the near-freezing conditions! Only 14-days-old, thankfully, Azra was given a second chance at life. Met by applause by the rescue workers, she was immediately taken by doctors so that she could be given the medical attention she needed.
Unfortunately, there are millions of children who weren't even given a first chance at life! Forced to endure a painful death inside of their mother's womb, the very place their life began, the unnamed child is killed because of unfavorable circumstances and other well-articulated reasons. After all, they are just a clump of cells . . . right?
By the time you finish reading this blog, at least one more baby will have died by abortion here in the US. In fact, by the end of the day, over 3,300 babies that will have been legally killed by abortion. (Click here for more abortion stats)
These numbers paint a bleak reality . . . but there is hope!
