News & Insights

With 50 years of experience, we "get" that things are always changing! That's why we've dedicated a section of our website to provide the very latest information about the speakers and ministries we serve--and about us, too. Come take a look at "what's new"--or use the sidebar options to take a deeper look at areas of particular interest. In case you wonder what we think, we've dedicated a space for commentary (including guest posts). And take a look at who's been to Ambassador lately in our own version of the Greenroom!

What's the prize?

Bag of changeJust for fun, I asked some friends to guess how much money was in a bag of change. Full of quarters, dimes and pennies, as well as couple of dollar coins, this was a difficult challenge. Many of us are driven by rewards. I'm certainly geared that way. I do things because there's something 'in it' for ME. Jesus, on the other hand, acted out of a compassionate heart. He wasn't motivated by prizes . . . He simply wanted to reconcile ...

Three Good Reasons to Dye Your Hair Blue

Family Retreat funIt's not every day I consider dying my hair blue - even though the person holding the can of "Be Wild" blue hair spray guaranteed it would come out in one wash.

I asked her to share a bit about her experience ...
