There are times we go through an experience and can't see our feet before us. As believers, we rest in knowing we can place our trust in Jesus and He'll direct our paths.
Last month, Nik Wallenda provided a vivid illustration of this reality in a believer's life.
Tens of thousands of people gathered and millions more were watching on television as Nik crossed some 200 feet in the air in the fog on a two-inch-wide wire strung over the raging waters of Horseshoe Falls, the largest of the three falls that make up Niagara Falls.
Listeners will hear Nik's testimony on this coming weekend's "Hour of Decision®" broadcast (July 15th) as he explains the importance of faith in his life. In a press conference after completing his stunt on television, Nik shared, "Faith plays a huge role in what I do. I believe that God has opened many doors for me in my life and this is one of them."
Most of us won't do anything even close to what Nik did, but we might face something some day and not be able to see two feet in front of us . . . what a reminder Nik's testimony is to trust in Jesus, always.
