So Cal Doctor Ordered to Stop Performing Abortions

Doctor is told to stop performing abortions was the headline in an article which appeared in the LA Times just this past Friday.
The article explained that a Southern California obstetrician-gynecologist was told to immediately stop performing abortions until a formal disciplinary hearing could be held about the death of one of his patients during an abortion.
While unfortunately we know the reality about abortions taking place across the country and women who die from abortions, when you read about it happening in your own neighborhood, it really hits home.
Stopping it from hitting home is something we all need ...

When I think of October, pumpkins, candy and autumn days come to mind. Breast cancer doesn't . . . that is, until this October.
A dear friend has just been diagnosed with stage 2 invasive breast cancer. She is a single mom of two in her mid-forties.
