That's why we've dedicated a section of our website to provide the very latest information about the speakers and ministries we serve--and about us, too. Come take a look at "what's new"--or use the sidebar options to take a deeper look at areas of particular interest. That day…”that will live in infamy!”

The USS Arizona MemorialPearl Harbor Remembrance Day:  December 7, 1941

It's a day, an event brought back into our national conscience on September 11, 2001 when the people of New York City and the people of the United States were attacked.  It drew comparison to the attacks at Pearl Habor as an "even worse disaster!"

For the generation who grew up in the aftermath of Pearl Harbor and World War 2, the significance of Pearl Harbor has perhaps dimmed, but never lost.

I remember my trip to Pearl in the late 90's, visiting the site of what is now the USS ...

Billy Graham--Following the lead of Mary and Joseph in Responding to God

I just did something I never thought I would.

I did it because I felt God was asking me to do it.

I spent two weeks in Africa with my teenage daughter on a mission's trip.

I guess that's why it's no wonder that Billy Graham's Advent meditations encourage my heart today.

Mr. Graham reflects on Matthew 1:19-21, "I've often put myself in Joseph's place- imagined his thoughts, his aspirations about the girl to whom he was engaged. But Joseph decided to break the engagement privately.  While he was thinking about these things ...

KEEP IT SIMPLE THIS CHRISTMAS

kisDEC2010

When you look back at past Christmas celebrations, what would you change? (And, you can’t include uninviting Uncle Harry and his dog!).

As the Jewish historical narrative recounts, when they went to light the Temple's menorah, they found only a single vile of olive oil that hadn ...

Moving from Fear to Freedom

When my son struggled in school, I worried.  When he took up bodyboarding at age 16 ... I worried.  When he started driving ... I worried.  He turns 27 this week ... and, okay, I still worry.

Over the years though I've learned to worry less about my son and trust God more.  It's not always easy ... yet daily prayer and meditating on Scripture has helped calm my heart during those worriesome times.

Dennis Rainey and Bob Lepine with Grace Fox

Perhaps you have moms in your audience who are struggling with worry, especially this season?  Encourage them to tune in this week to "FamilyLife Today," when Grace Fox ...
