What is your vision—the reason your organization exists?  In college, one of the most memorable courses I took was Nonprofit Management.  With this question of vision, the professor told the class each word in a vision statement must be both strategic and essential.  When he turned us loose to practice writing our own visions, one of his criterion was, Could this description fit comfortably onto a T-shirt?  If it's too long, start over.

What DOES It All Mean?

Cocoa Cola Cake

Coca-Cola-Cake

If you like chocolate, you'll want to try this yummy cake!  You can omit the nuts if you prefer, but I agree with my dad who used to say "everything is better with nuts!"

 

Cocoa Cola Cake

Serves 10-12

CAKE INGREDIENTS

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup butter or margarine

3 Tablespoons baking cocoa

1 cup cola

½ cup Buttermilk

2 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup miniature marshmallows

 

ICING INGREDIENTS

½ cup butter or margarine

2-3 Tablespoons baking cocoa

6 Tablespoons cola
