With 50 years of experience, we "get" that things are always changing! That's why we've dedicated a section of our website to provide the very latest information about the speakers and ministries we serve--and about us, too. Come take a look at "what's new"--or use the sidebar options to take a deeper look at areas of particular interest. In case you wonder what we think, we've dedicated a space for commentary (including guest posts). And take a look at who's been to Ambassador lately in our own version of the Greenroom!

I grew up reading Max Lucado's books for children. Stories of Punchinello and his efforts to fit in and be loved in You are Mine and You are Special.
As I got older I began babysitting for kids who loved the stories of Hermie the common caterpillar who learned lessons of God's love and commandments in the garden.
Now that I am older I spent the weekend reading his book Fearless where Max discusses the power of a life without fear...a power that God has given us but that we hardly utilize.
When looking back upon these ...

There's something about history that invariably makes the present day sweeter.
The launch of a new product, participants in the process knowing just what it took to achieve the accomplishment.
The retirement of a teacher, everyone mindful of the students impacted over years of service.
Parents watching their daughter walk down the aisle, reflecting on the speedy journey from infant to young woman.
Recently, it was my joy to sit in the new auditorium at Skyline Church (San Diego) where Jim Garlow pastors. It was a day to be celebrant … but made far more meaningful because everyone knew that ...

Some say it was the first Hollywood Epic. It created a new genre of movies. It won 11 Oscars, and no film has ever gotten more. Ben-Hur. I can still remember seeing the iconic chariot race for the first time. Not only is the movie action packed … but in case you don’t remember, it has profound spiritual significance.
(Spoiler alert) The protagonist finds forgiveness in Jesus at the end, and it turns out that Christ is the real hero.
Why am I talking about a movie on my HAVEN ministry update? Well, because in April Charles Morris will be ...

When I became a new believer, I couldn't wait to share my faith with my family. Unfortunately, in my zealous efforts, I made several mistakes and instead of winning family members to Christ, I pushed them away.
I've learned a lot in 23 years ... and pleased to share that while I may have made a few mistakes along the way, I did do a few things right, including loving and praying for my family to come to Christ, even if it wasn't through me. Pictured here is my father who at 79 professed his faith in Jesus ...

"Abide in Me and I in you, as the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me." John 15:4
That verse provides a perfect illustration of what our relationship with Christ should look like! Yet there seem to be many people who don't understand it fully, and many more who profess Jesus as their Savior and display no fruit in their lives.
On "Grace to You®," John MacArthur begins his study of Abiding in Christ (4/9-4/23) and provides deep insight into the words ...

As a mom, I know there are many days when you operate in survival mode. Once you get the kids off to school, there are errands to run, work to do, make time for exercise, plan ahead for dinner and then it's time to pick the kids up, help with homework, get to baseball practice, eat, sleep, and then it starts all over again the next day.
For most families, it's a challenge to fit in quality time together and if you struggle as a parent to consistently read the Bible yourself, how can you pass a love ...
