News & Insights

With 50 years of experience, we "get" that things are always changing! That's why we've dedicated a section of our website to provide the very latest information about the speakers and ministries we serve--and about us, too. Come take a look at "what's new"--or use the sidebar options to take a deeper look at areas of particular interest. In case you wonder what we think, we've dedicated a space for commentary (including guest posts). And take a look at who's been to Ambassador lately in our own version of the Greenroom!

The Line of Compromise

compromise-laneEvery day I cross Compromise Line.

I actually don't have a choice -- it's a main street in my neighborhood.  I have to cross it to get to the market, schools, bank, free way, etc.

What about the compromise lines we have the option of not crossing though?

Today (October 16th) is Silent Solidarity.  As Brad Mattes shared on a recent "Life Issues®" program, it's a day when teens across America in nearly nine hundred schools will observe a pro-life day of Silent Solidarity.  They're wearing red arm bands and duct tape over their mouths with the ...

Special Program: "The Campaign for Immorality"

"I'm not one to talk about politics, but I was essentially amazed that one of the historic parties here in the United States adopted the sins of Romans 1 as their platform..."
-John MacArthur

John MacArthur rarely preaches on politics and the culture.  Yet, on two recent Sundays in his home church, John spoke of the moral decline of this nation and our responsibility as believers to honor the Lord in the coming presidential election.

The Answer is "Squirrel"

Super Squirrel"What's brown and furry, has a bushy tail, gathers nuts for the winter, and lives in a tree?"

You've heard that yarn.

The Sunday School teacher innocently asks the question and one small boy musters up his courage and says, "Well, teacher, I know the answer must be Jesus, but it sure sounds like a squirrel to me."

Right!

As one who was raised in the church, I can understand how a child would reflexively answer any question posed in church as "Jesus."  And in all reality, it's a good thing.  That's a benefit of having ...
