News & Insights

With 50 years of experience, we "get" that things are always changing! That's why we've dedicated a section of our website to provide the very latest information about the speakers and ministries we serve--and about us, too. Come take a look at "what's new"--or use the sidebar options to take a deeper look at areas of particular interest. In case you wonder what we think, we've dedicated a space for commentary (including guest posts). And take a look at who's been to Ambassador lately in our own version of the Greenroom!

Front Door

Early each Sunday morning, a longtime family friend and elder at our church runs by our house as part of his regular exercise ritual.  Recently, he added a slight deviation to his course.  He runs up our drive-way, picks up our newspaper and takes it up to our front doorstep.

It's a small gesture on his part, but big to me.  I don't particularly enjoy walking down my long driveway to pick up my morning newspaper -- particularly before I've had my coffee!  Thanks to Carl, though, I know that each Sunday morning all I need to do ...

Helpers and Healers

My mom is a Physical Therapist.

My 20-yr-old sister is studying to become a licensed Pharmacy Technician.

John MacArthur TeacherThis month on "Grace to You®," John MacArthur answers that question and so much more when he begins his study of Matthew 13, a critical look at The Parables of the Kingdom--actually "the aspect of the kingdom of which we now live," says John.

At The Center

I don't know about you, but most days, I have a hard time keeping up with the news headlines of the day.  Developments in technology and social media networks have changed the way we receive news and while we're virtually bombarded with information, being able to sort through it all while determining what's really important can be a challenge.

The Chuck Colson Center for Christian Worldview exists to equip the Church to winsomely apply a biblical perspective in all spheres of life -- public and private.  Along with their daily radio broadcasts of "BreakPoint®" and "The Point®," the ...

Don't Forget Your Seat Belt

Jumped in my car, started it and began to drive . . . I'd made it about a half a block and the sensor alerted me that I'd forgotten to put on my seat belt.

The oversight reminded me of how often I begin my days so quickly and without thought . . . rushing off into the day without regard to the most important safety measure . . . my spiritual "seat belt."

While the analogy is mine, the underlying message is what Anne Graham Lotz shared last week to a full arena in Augusta, GA.

"It's high time we came back to the cross ...
