In case you wonder what we think, we've dedicated a space for commentary (including guest posts). And take a look at who's been to Ambassador lately in our own version of the Greenroom!

Living a Life of Integrity

My husband and I often watch Dateline on Friday nights.  Honestly, if you didn't know the Bible and the depravity that has gone on for thousands of years, you would after watching just a few episodes of those real life crime stories.  It's clear we're a world full of sinful people with no moral compass.

Super Bowl Dad-Vertisements

"Dad-vertising" is what one writer coined for the Super Bowl ads whose focus was dads.  And though he confesses that the dad-vertisements will not make him want to go out and buy a brand new Nissan Maxima or Toyota Camry, he admitted that the commercials did strike a chord.

The ads highlighted the important, hands-on role that many involved fathers play in their kids' lives.  The sentimentality of kids calling for their dad and proud dads sending their daughters off as young women into the world . . . I could see how the ads would tug at a father's heart strings ...
