The Joyful Message

woman wonderingChristmas music, holiday decorations, and shopping ... it sounds like Christmas is almost here once again!  Don't you just love the Christmas season?

Elizabeth George (A Woman after God's Own Heart) also loves Christmas and all of the festivities that go with it!  But she reminds us that during this time it's easy for our priorities and our focus on the holiday to get out of line with what God wants for us.

The Value of Every Life

I traveled nearly 2,000 miles home this weekend - from Atlanta to California.  Two airports, two sets of airline attendants and two sets of airline passengers and every time I interacted with someone, I made an effort to wish them a Merry Christmas.

On January 18th, Sanctity of Life Sunday, pro-life communities across the country join to underscore the ...

Keeping CHRIST in Christmas

God knows how prone we are to wander and that we need those moments in the calendar year where we can pull away and be reminded of who He is."

-Barbara Rainey on FamilyLife Today

Every year it's my heart's desire to make the most of the Christmas season--with a concerted effort to focus more on God's gift to us and less on decorating, eating, and shopping.

NativityAnd it's FamilyLife's desire to do the same--that is, providing listeners with ways of keeping CHRIST in Christmas.  An important challenge for those of us who are so ...
