Return To Ambassador Team

Leadership at Ambassador is definitely a "joint venture" which Peggy shares with partner, Jim Sanders.  It all began in 1977 when AAA was privileged to launch Chuck Swindoll's radio ministry and staff was needed to process the volume of incoming mail.  (OK, it began even earlier when her father started the agency :-).)  For almost 30 years, it was a team effort with husband, Jon, serving as President of the agency.  Life changed dramatically for her (and for all of Ambassador) when Jon died in 2005 after a brief battle with esophageal cancer.  Jon's servant leadership remains a strong model for all of our team.

What "fills the cup" these days, beyond Ambassador, is the privilege of this Biola graduate serving on the Board of Trustees for Azusa Pacific University--nothing like student life to energize the soul.  That and a sunny day, "top-down" on the convertible with a Rippingtons CD blaring for therapy!  Church home is St. Andrews Presbyterian Church (Newport Beach).  When day is done, three Scottie terriers make walking in the door a daily delight.

If You Want to Make the Most Out of NRB...

I carry the nail that David Mains had put on each chair when he spoke to NRB years ago -- it reminds me to pay full attention to each person in a highly "distractable" setting!
